I offer services on a project basis.
Typically I work on a flat fee basis. Depending on the size of your organization, number of people involved, complexity of business and other factors, we'll determine a scope of work and agree on a fee.

Once we have conceptual agreement on a project, I will draft an authorization documenting the details of the project and the fee. No work will be performed until this document is signed by an officer of your company.

There are several levels of engagement ranging from the Total Clarity Marketing Audit to more specialized versions of the audit that focus exclusively on advertising programs, trade show tactics, on-line strategies, etc. For most companies, it makes sense to look at the overall strategy.

Getting Started
What I do isn't for everyone. I only accept a limited number of assignments each year. The first step is to schedule a one hour meeting or phone conference to determine if my experience, background and process fit your needs. If we determine that we are a potential match, we will determine the best way to proceed. If we are not a match, I will introduce you to someone who can help you solve your issues.
